We provide mental health education and training through our community lecture series, featuring programs such as the Colorado Bipolar Education Project, mental wellness initiatives, and various community education programs.

Colorado Bipolar Education Project

CoBE is dedicated to educating patients, families, and providers about bipolar disorder in order to improve the lives of those affected by the illness.

Mental Wellness Programs

The CU Anschutz Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center offers a variety of education, programs, and trainings focused on mental wellness. Each program is offered in-person or virtually, is approximately 1 hour in length, and can be modified to best fit the needs of the audience.

Community Education

Our mission is to connect and collaborate with communities by providing mental health education, programming, and trainings.
